Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

Noting this request has been send on 6 Feb 22, a full month after your elected holidays and reduced service period, the automated response seems odd, of not reflective of current administrative processes within the NDIA.

Yours faithfully,

Maria

Dear Maria

Thank you for your email.

On 4 February 2022, you were notified of the NDIA's decision regarding FOI 21/22-0749, which is substantially the same as the request you sent to us on Sunday 6 Feb 2022. The decision for FOI 21/22-0749 outlined the documents you requested do not exist and therefore could not be provided. I have attached that decision again for your convenience in case you did not receive it the first time.

If you wish to seek an internal review of the decision then you will need to apply in writing, citing that you seek an internal review, within 30 days of receipt of the original decision letter. Applications for internal review can be lodged by email to [NDIA request email]

Kind Regards
