Provide list of blocked words that prevent an email from being sent to EQ addresses

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Queensland Department of Education should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Queensland Department of Education and Training,

Please provide the complete list of words in the Education Queensland M365 tenancy that trigger the email flow blocking an email from being sent to an @eq.edu.au address.

The message presented to the user is as follows:

A custom mail flow rule created by an admin at qedu.onmicrosoft.com has blocked your message.
Message contains blocked words

This can be provided by an IT staff member with admin privileges on the EQ tenancy via the M365 admin portal > exchange > mail flows

I require this information because it is concerning that based on rudimentary keywords alone that a parent may be prevented from contacting an EQ staff member. Such filters lack the understanding of context and may unduly restrict communication, causing potential harm to students if critical communications are missed.

Thank you for your assistance

Yours faithfully,

Jordan Whalen
