Just to clarify:
Documents including but not limited to emails, text messages or briefs to
ACT Ministers or their offices by the ACT Education Directorate in the
months December 2021 and January 2022 about the supply of RATs to those offices or their ministers.
For clarity this is about the supply of RAT tests for the use of those offices.
To the below- yes comfortable with that as long as there are responses stepped out separately from each rather than a combine response which does not meet the intent of the question:

concerned we cannot start processing this FOI application until we confirm
our joint understanding of what this FOI seeks.
Please respond re the scope clarification as it is not clear what
