The encrypted correspondence is a s 24AB consultation notice. The main part reads as follows:

I am not able to reasonably identify what documents you want because you ask for ‘all reports’ but then provide that these reports should include (but not be limited to) ‘annual compliance certificates’. Accordingly, it is not clear whether you are seeking:
• both ‘reports’ and ‘certificates’; or
• only ‘reports’; or
• only ‘certificates’

Dear Department of Human Services,

I do not wish to revise my request.

I would also like to formally complain about your practice of sending correspondence by way of Symantec Encryption Server. It is pointless and serves only to make it harder to read the correspondence. Please undertake to stop doing that.

Yours faithfully,

Charles Powers
