Dear Mr Smith,

Please see the attached decision letter regarding your FOI request.

As noted on page 3 of the letter under the heading ‘Deferred access to the
documents’, I will give you the documents when you provide me with an
alternative personal address for receiving the documents. This is because
everything that I send you will be made public on the Right to Know
website for anyone to view and, as the documents contain sensitive
personal information about you, I do not consider it to be in the public
interest to provide the documents to you through the Right to Know email
address. I also note that the Right to Know website recommends that you do
not use their services to make FOI requests for your own personal
information (see ‘[1]Can I request information about myself?’ on the Right
to Know website).

Please contact me on 02 9276 5360 to provide a different address for
receiving the documents. Alternatively, you can email your address to
[2][email address] from your personal email account.
