Dear Administrative Review Tribunal,
I seek under the Freedom of Information Act:
1. The dates on which meetings of the Tribunal Advisory Committee occurred or will occur between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025.
2. A list of members of the Tribunal Advisory Committee between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025.
3. For each of the meetings of the Tribunal Advisory Committee that occurred between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025:
a. a copy of the final agenda including any attachments provided to the participants;
b. a copy of the minutes of the meeting, whether approved or not approved, including any attachments.

1. The dates on which meetings of the Tribunal Advisory Committee occurred
or will occur between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025.
2. A list of members of the Tribunal Advisory Committee between 14 October
2024 and 30 June 2025.
3. For each of the meetings of the Tribunal Advisory Committee that
occurred between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025:
a. a copy of the final agenda including any attachments provided to the
participants; b. a copy of the minutes of the meeting, whether approved or
not approved, including any attachments.
We received your request on 24 June 2025 and the 30 day statutory period
for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You
should therefore expect a decision from us by 24 July 2025. The 30 day
period may be extended if we need to consult other parties or for other
reasons permitted under the FOI Act.

Personal information, for example, will not be published where this would
be unreasonable.

Tribunal (AAT) and Immigration Assessment Authority (IAA) on 14 October
2024. All reviews not finalised prior to this date have been automatically
transferred to the new Tribunal. If you are an applicant or another party

Dear Mr Andrews,
I refer to your below request for access to documents under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
Due to staff shortage and resource limitations it is not expected that the
request will be finalised by the due date, being tomorrow 24 July 2025.
Under section 15AA of the FOI Act an agency can extend the statutory
timeframe with the applicant’s written agreement.
We seek to extend the timeframe by a period of 2 weeks, which would amend
the due date of the FOI to 7 August 2025. Kindly confirm by return email
that you are agreeable to this extension.
