3. For each of the meetings of the Tribunal Advisory Committee that occurred between 14 October 2024 and 30 June 2025:
a. a copy of the final agenda including any attachments provided to the participants;
b. a copy of the minutes of the meeting, whether approved or not approved, including any attachments.

I refer to your below request for access to documents under the Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

 

Due to staff shortage and resource limitations it is not expected that the
request will be finalised by the due date, being tomorrow 24 July 2025.
Under section 15AA of the FOI Act an agency can extend the statutory
timeframe with the applicant’s written agreement.

 

We seek to extend the timeframe by a period of 2 weeks, which would amend
the due date of the FOI to 7 August 2025. Kindly confirm by return email
