Dear Australian Taxation Office,

The findings of a study on the effectiveness of financial penalties for tax crime was presented at the ATO on October 9, 2017. It was from a secondment to the ANU.

The following is requested:

A. Email sent to ATO staff to invite them to seminar on October 9, 2017.

B. Transcript of the seminar.

C. Documents related to the decision to permit or not the publication of the research.

Waiver of fees and charges is requested having regard to the academic use of the research.
