Dear Australian Crime Commission,

I am writing to lodge a request for documents pursuant the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Background

Geoffrey Cohen was the Chairman of HIH Insurance Ltd when it collapsed in 2001 with losses of around $5.3 Billion.

The collapse was the subject of a Royal Commission.

Geoffrey Cohen was also the Chairman of the renamed Elders IXL Superannuation Fund {Foster's Brewing Group Superannuation Fund}.

The signature of Mr Cohen appears in a document described on its face as a "Resolution" dated 18 June 1998.

The document I seek is a copy of the document described on its face as a "Resolution" dated 18 June 1998
