Statement of Ministerial Standards and non-compliance reporting procedures

Trav S made this Freedom of Information request to Attorney-General

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Attorney-General,

I ask you to refer to the Australian Prime Minister's August 2018 Statement of Ministerial Standards. Unfortunately the Statement does not include procedures with which to report non-compliance events. Can I ask for a copy of a document describing the correct reporting procedure? Also, can I ask for the correct point-of-contact with which to report non-compliance events if that information is not evident within the reporting procedures.

Yours faithfully,

Trav S

Attorney-General
