employment service providers is confidential under the deeds with those
providers. This means the department is unlikely to be able to release the
data to you under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) due to
the operation of the confidentiality exemption in the FOI Act.

 

Workforce Australia caseload data broken down by employment region and SA4
is not confidential information.

 

We seek your agreement to administrative release and withdrawal of your
FOI request. We can provide this data to you under administrative release,
as soon as we receive your agreement to withdraw your FOI request. Please
respond by replying to this email by COB Tuesday 11 November 2025.
Alternatively, if you wish to discuss your request with us, please provide
