Blind Trust to Mr Porter

John Underling made this Freedom of Information request to Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre

The request was successful.

Dear Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre,

With the former MP Mr.Christian Porter declaring that he is unaware of the source of $1,000,000 paid via a Blind Trust for his legal affairs, has AUSTRAC looked into these transactions as a potential source of interference?

Has AUSTRAC looked into these transactions to determine if they are in any way related to serious and organised crime?

Yours faithfully,

John
