Dear Council of the Queensland Law Society Incorporated,

How many complaints, in total and by year, have been made/filed/lodged/registered about a lawyer or lawyers in the State of Queensland each year since 1 January 2003?

What is the current process or procedure for a member of the public wishing to make/file/lodge/register a complaint or complaints about a lawyer or lawyers in the State of Queensland?

What changes have been made to the process or procedure for a member of the public wishing to make/file/lodge/register a complaint or complaints about a lawyer or lawyers in the State of Queensland since 1 January 2003?

Yours sincerely
