Dear Information,
Thanks for your response, Yes I am inquiring about the Dial a Dump site at Albert St St Peters. This is now known locally as the Alexandria Landfill Site and as far as I am aware is known as that to RMS.
Westconnex Delivery Authority took it over in December 2014 but it was later transferred to RMS and is currently in its possession.
I want all documents and records including information about or relating to any storm damage on site after a storm event in April 2015. Even if any such records were originally WDA records they would be included in RMS records for the site.

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Bacon

Dear accessapplications,

Thank you for the acknowledgement letter. I note that I may have missed the word 't' off event - I am looking for any records in relation to a storm or flood event in April 2015

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Bacon

SECCOMBE Andrew,

Dear Ms Bacon,

I am contacting you in relation to the application you submitted to Roads
& Maritime Services under the Government Information (Public Access) Act
2009 (GIPA Act). Your application reference is RWC-001006.

As I understand it, your current application terms are:

I am inquiring about the Dial a Dump site at Albert St, St Peters. This is
now known locally as the Alexandria Landfill Site and as far as I am aware
is known as that to RMS. WestConnex Delivery Authority took it over in
December 2014 but it was later transferred to RMS and is currently in its
possession. I want all documents and records including information about
or relating to any storm damage on site after a storm event in April 2015.
Even if any such records were originally WDA records they would be
included in RMS records for the site.

I note you have also specified:

‘all documents or information in any form relating documents relating to
flood/weather damage at Alexandria Landfill, St Peters in April 2015’.

For clarity, are you happy to revise your application terms to the
following:

I want all RMS documents and records in any form relating to any storm
damage on the Dial a Dump site at Albert St, St Peters (Alexandria
Landfill Site) after a storm event in April 2015.

Please confirm or amend these terms as swiftly as possible.

Regards,

Andy.

This includes any documents now held by RMS whether or not they were originally RMS documents.

I hope this is now clear. Let me know if requires further clarification.

Dear SECCOMBE Andrew,
Can you explain to me under which section you would give the name of the applicant to the third party?
Is this part of the regular procedure used for GIPA consultations?

Who has requested this? Why would it be relevant for them to know?

Yours sincerely,

Wendy Bacon

Dear Ms Bacon,

SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

We are currently assessing documents that may fall within the scope of your application and require your assistance. We have located the following documents that relate to the more technical aspects of the work undertaken to the site.

Can you please advise which of the following you consider to be within the scope of your application:

• AECOM Site Inspection Report – St Peters Interchange Slope Failure
• AECOM Proposed Site Stabilisation Works - Concept Design St Peter Interchange (SPI)
• AECOM – WestConnex – St Peters Interchange (Geotechnical Desktop Study and Slope Risk Assessment
• Progress reports from July 2015, August 2015, September 2015 and October 2015 – only parts of these reports briefly refer to the progress of the stabilisation works

CONSULTATION:

Consultation with other parties is outlined in Section 54 of GIPA: www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/nsw/consol_a....

RMS asks a GIPA applicant whether they wish that their name (and/or organisation) and reason for making a GIPA request is provided to a consult party. This is a standard procedure in all consultations (RMS includes the question regarding consent to this release on Page 2 of our application form under 'Consultation' - see attached).

There are a variety of considerations a business or person may want to review about a request for their information (see attached an IPC Fact Sheet that RMS sends to the consult parties).

A consult party has requested this information about the applicant. We do not identify consult parties to an applicant at this stage, however we may include those details in our final decision.

It is your choice whether you consent to RMS providing your name/organisation/reason to a third party during our consultation. Please confirm whether you do consent, or you do not.

Finally, in you previous email (11 March 2016), you stated:

'I would agree it advance to any personal addresses or personal phone numbers being deleted about communications with third parties'. Do you mean that the personal contact details of third parties are out of the scope of your application?

Please let me know as swiftly as possible regarding these issues.

Many thanks,

Andy.

Dear SECCOMBE Andrew,

I am writing to inform you that I am applying for these documents as a retired journalist and that you can disclose my name. I am explaining that I am retired so that you understand that I am not earning money from my journalism but do it on a voluntary basis. .

I also wish to add that I require NO documents in the possession of the Environmental Defender's Office. So exclude any such documents from my request.

I assume I will get a schedule of documents.

I do require all the documents listed above.
