Ben Fairless made this Freedom of Information request to ACT Education And Training Directorate

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Education And Training Directorate - ACT,

I refer to the below report: http://m.canberratimes.com.au/act-news/c...

Can I have a copy of the initial report, plus all internal documents created to date in relation to this incident?

I am happy for the personal information of non-government individuals and the name of the school to be removed from any documents if that helps.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fairless

Chester, Lyn, ACT Education And Training Directorate

Good morning Mr Fairless,

I am writing to clarify your request (below) made under the ACT Freedom of Information Act. You have asked for 'a copy of the initial report, plus all internal documents created to date in relation to this incident'. In your request your referred to a report in The Canberra Times which states that 'The Education and Training Directorate only became aware of the issue after a formal complaint by the Children's and Young People's Commissioner ...' To assist us in processing your request would you please advise whether the initial report you are seeking access to is the 'formal complaint' to the Children and Young People Commissioner?

Regards,

Lyn Chester
