Dear Patrick,
Thank you for resolving this matter, your work is appreciated.
I have several other overdue requests that I have tried to escalate without a response from your team. I plan make my IC review requests for those on Friday, if the emails I sent for each last week aren't addressed before then. If you are able to follow any of them up as well, please do.
FOI 25/26-0122 – 148 days overdue. No word since August when Rebecca stated she was expecting to hear back from the business area "in the coming days".
FOI 25/26-0738 – 81 days overdue. Unclear whether this has been assigned to a decision maker, I have heard nothing since September.
FOI 25/26-0739 – 81 days overdue. Again, unclear whether this has been assigned to a decision maker, I have heard nothing since September.
FOI 25/26-0958 – 57 days overdue. OAIC denied extension request in November.
Thank you,
Stuart
Dear Stuart
I apologise for the delays in these requests. What I will do is organise
for all FOI requests that you currently have with us to be allocated to
myself and begin work on these with our Data and Analytics Branch.
While you always have the right to seek external review of deemed matters,
it would be appreciated if you did not apply to the OAIC for these. I will
look to keep you updated with the progress of all matters that you have
with us, if you have a single email address you would like these updates
to go to, please let me know, otherwise I will update each request through
the relevant Right to Know email.
I note that it being the start of the year, the Data and Analytics Branch
would be working on gathering data for the quarterly report, therefore
there may be some delays.
Kind regards

Thanks Patrick,
I appreciate you looking into them for me.
I must admit I missed remembering that I’d already requested an IC review of FOI 25/26-0958 when I sent my previous email. Can’t put that cat back in the bag but I’ll hold off on any other IC requests for the time being.
If you send through extensions for the three requests I made on the 1st of Jan I’ll agree to them. I know Data and Analytics definitely won’t want to work with you on those until after their Q2 report is finalised.
Best we keep further discussions to their respective Right to Know email threads, keep the people happy.
Cheers,
Stuart
