I seek access to the following documents under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982:

1. Current social media policy of the department, which covers
departmental use and/or private use by employees in an individual
capacity.

2. Any current guidance material which is available for employees to make informed decisions about their private social media use.

Dear Mr Smith
 
We refer to the below email of 18 April 2016 to the Australian Workforce
and Productivity Agency (AWPA), for access to documents under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
 
Please be advised that AWPA was abolished in July 2014. As such, we do not
see this as a valid request under the FOI Act and no further action will
be taken in relation to this request.
 
We also acknowledge receipt of your request to the Department of Industry,
Innovation and Science (the department) dated 18 April 2016. This request
is attached. The department is processing your request and will provide a
response to you within the statutory timeframe.
 
Should you have any queries in relation to this matter please do not
