Thank you for the notification of City of Darebin's intent to make a fresh decision on my Freedom of Information request (24/25-31).

The email I received from the Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner on 3 March 2025 informed me that the Agency (City of Darebin) notified them on 27 February 2025 that it intended to make a fresh decision and clearly states that the Agency (City of Darebin) must make its fresh decision by 27 March 2025.

Thus, City of Darebin must make its fresh decision no later than 27 March 2025.

My request for the information was refused by Darebin City Council. I subsequently requested an OVIC Review. The OVIC Review was successful hence City of Darebin's release of the requested information.

I used the information to assist in objecting to a planning permit application impacting myself and my neighbours.
