Try not to redact the first 6 digits (or the BIN) of the credit card number, country code of the phone number, domain of the e-mail address.

Screenshot showing data from the database means the image of the application displaying information about the film or game. It has more information than what is publicly accessible at www.classification.gov.au . Some of the texts might be hidden, those texts can be given separately. There may be links to other documents, those documents can be given separately.

More than 12 months passed from the classification date (if not including games from the applicant IARC). The application (found at http://web.archive.org/web/2019071717085... on page 7) says "Contentious material recordings or gameplay will be retained for 12 months after which it will be securely destroyed."

As noted in earlier correspondence the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) contains two 'practical refusal reasons'. The first being, that processing the request 'would substantially and unreasonably divert the resources of the agency from its other operation' (s.24AA(1)(a)).
