Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

I am seeking a copy of the document recently lodged with ASIC by the legal firm representing Dr Benjamin Koh seeking ASIC to enforce Section 156C of the Life Insurance Act 1995 which alleges victimisation by one or more senior managers of Comminsure.

The names of those alleged to have contravened Section 156C can be redacted if necessary

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Securities and Investments Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Whistleblower Protection - Dr Koh'.

I have asked that the names of the alleged victimisers can be redacted. There should be no reason as to why the requested document cannot be released.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/w...

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
